A whole new floor plan! We opened up walls, moved rooms and created flow in this early 1940's home. Located in the Belmont neighborhood of Charlotte, NC, this home is close to the Arts District NoDa and the historic Plaza-Midwood neighborhood. Everything is new- we took this one down to the studs and redesigned every room. Adding a large deck to the back and fencing in the large back yard made this a show piece of a home.
